Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, using evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Document client sessions meticulously, tracking progress and adapting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community organizations, to coordinate care and resources for clients.

• Ensure confidentiality and uphold ethical standards by maintaining detailed and secure records of client information.
