Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately diagnose emotional and behavioral disorders, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals to foster their progress over time.

• Facilitate individual, couple, and group counseling sessions, utilizing various therapeutic methods, including cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Empower clients by teaching coping mechanisms and self-care strategies tailored to their unique situations, facilitating their journey towards improved mental health.

• Continuously monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their needs and objectives.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, ensuring a well-rounded and integrated approach to client care.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a high standard of record-keeping.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado, or equivalent certification.

• Proven experience providing effective counseling to individuals, couples, and groups, demonstrating an ability to create a safe and therapeutic environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and client caseload.
