This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and convenience while working from home or in a suitable setting of your choice. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients by evaluating their psychological, emotional, and behavioral health, followed by developing tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions for clients, including adults, couples, and families, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic methods.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and ensure that clients’ progress is regularly tracked within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that enhance client well-being.

• Ensure confidentiality and security of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, fostering an atmosphere of trust.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will serve a diverse population, addressing a spectrum of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and childhood behavioral concerns. Our clients come from varying backgrounds, each with unique experiences and cultural perspectives that our counselors must thoughtfully engage with, to provide effective and respectful care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current state licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in outpatient settings, with demonstrated skill in providing therapeutic interventions.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with clients and foster meaningful therapeutic relationships.

• Proficiency in utilizing telehealth technologies for remote counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with specific populations such as children and adolescents, couples therapy, or individuals dealing with trauma is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with a range of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or mindfulness practices.

• Skill in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
