Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Managing a personalized caseload of clients and building strong therapeutic alliances based on trust and professionalism.

• Conducting regular meetings with clients to assess their progress, address any concerns, and prepare for upcoming appointments.

• Developing, implementing, and continuously monitoring individualized, person-centered treatment plans that address each client's unique needs.

• Documenting client interactions meticulously, maintaining detailed progress notes to ensure comprehensive records of treatment history.

• Performing thorough intake assessments to evaluate and understand clients' mental health challenges effectively.
\n
• Offering individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based practices to guide treatment.

• Engaging in regular individual supervision to reflect on clinical practice and enhance professional development.

• Collaborating with other health care professionals to coordinate care options for clients when necessary.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s Degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Hold a current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
\n
• Demonstrate the ability to meet internal credentialing requirements in clinical settings.

• Have a minimum of one year’s experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance abuse issues.

Preferred Experience\n

Ideal candidates will also have:
