Our operational hours are flexible, with appointments available from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week.

Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and craft suitable treatment approaches.

• Developing and implementing customized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions—including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT)—to facilitate client healing.

• Providing both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process traumatic experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and achieve personal growth.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Offering crisis intervention support during trauma-related emergencies with a focus on immediate stabilization.

• Educating clients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms while providing them with knowledgeable resource referrals.

• Maintaining meticulous and confidential documentation that complies with legal and ethical standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 and $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Insight Therapy offers:
