Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients, establishing rapport and maintaining professional boundaries to foster trusting relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to review progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and facilitate discharges when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and accurate progress notes for all clients in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Perform intake assessments to determine clients' needs and establish effective treatment strategies.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, providing compassionate support in a safe environment.

• Engage in regular supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this position, you will primarily work with youth, addressing a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related symptoms. Clients may also include adolescents and young adults facing challenges associated with transitioning to adulthood. Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
