Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Span Health Network, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Conduct engaging and supportive group sessions, fostering a safe atmosphere where young adults can share experiences, connect with one another, and learn essential coping skills.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Offer personalized counseling that empowers clients to explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, while helping them build effective action plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans, ensuring alignment with each client's preferences and objectives.

• Monitoring Progress: Track and evaluate client outcomes using a range of assessment tools, adapting strategies and interventions as necessary to maintain steady progress.

• Collaborating with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare providers, sharing insights and coordinating care to address complex cases and streamline client pathways to recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily center around young adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, and other emotional difficulties. Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
