Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their unique mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to best suit client needs.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting techniques to enhance engagement and facilitate healing.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation to track client progress and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive care integrated with additional resources.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and training that enhance your competencies in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in counseling is required.

• Demonstrated competence in therapeutic modalities, with a strong understanding of legal and ethical frameworks related to mental health.
