Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients while establishing trustful relationships built on professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate progress, discuss upcoming appointments, and determine appropriate discharge plans when necessary.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and client needs.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to gather critical information for effective treatment alignment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field is required.

• A current, unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The wellness of our team is a priority; thus, we offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually commensurate with experience.
