In this role, you will primarily conduct telehealth and face-to-face therapy sessions, providing high-quality mental health support to our diverse patient population in Irving, Texas. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Oasis Mental Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories, facilitating the identification of appropriate treatment strategies.

• Creating and implementing individualized treatment plans aimed at promoting trauma recovery and enhancing resilience amongst clients.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), adapting approaches based on patient needs.

• Facilitating individual and group therapy sessions designed to help patients process trauma experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and promote healing.
\n
• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.

• Providing timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate and appropriate care.

• Educating patients and their families on trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources for ongoing support.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults who have experienced trauma, individuals struggling with stress and anxiety, and clients with a variety of mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
