Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized counseling sessions to clients, which may include individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans with measurable goals and regularly assess and document client progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Assist clients in developing personalized coping strategies and essential life skills to manage their mental health challenges effectively.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychologists, social workers, and medical professionals, to create holistic care plans that cater to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, adhering strictly to HIPAA and ethical standards, while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Adept at working collaboratively in team-oriented environments while demonstrating independence in managing individual caseloads.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 - 90,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and caseload. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
