Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments with clients to gather comprehensive background information, facilitating the creation of personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address clients' emotional and mental challenges, guiding them in exploring their thoughts and feelings through effective questioning.

• Respond promptly to clients in crisis, implementing emergency procedures and protocols to prioritize their safety and well-being.

• Facilitate role-playing exercises and mental exercises when necessary, ensuring clients have practical tools for managing their mental health.

• Provide clients with insightful counseling and guidance on topics that matter deeply to them, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to recommend additional therapies or services as required, encouraging holistic treatment approaches.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between $90,000 and $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload.
