Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive telehealth counseling sessions to youth and their families, addressing various mental health concerns.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses primarily on youth aged 12 to 18, addressing issues related to anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and family dynamics. Counselors will work closely with families to engage them in the therapeutic process, ensuring a holistic approach to treatment. Our therapeutic methods incorporate cognitive behavioral techniques, mindfulness practices, and strengths-based approaches designed to empower clients and facilitate positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability to manage caseloads effectively in a high-volume setting while maintaining service quality.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Inward Healing Mental Health Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload management.
