Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing our counselors the flexibility to work from anywhere while maintaining a strong connection with our patients through teletherapy. Although you will not be required to work onsite, our outpatient office in Memphis remains a central hub of activity, where clinical staff can access resources and support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations through virtual teletherapy sessions, leveraging video conferencing technology to engage with patients effectively.

• Develop and implement tailored behavioral health treatment plans based on individual assessment outcomes, ensuring alignment with best practices and evidence-based approaches.

• Maintain accurate and secure records of patient interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic support to patients, utilizing innovative techniques and interventions to foster their mental and emotional well-being.

• Engage in continuous professional development, including staying updated on relevant research, emerging practices, and innovations in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors work with a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. With a focus on individualized care, you will be instrumental in creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental environment that empowers patients to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Art Therapy, or Psychology.

• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to facilitate effective interaction with patients and colleagues.

• Experience with electronic clinical systems and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• A minimum of 2 years of related clinical experience in a mental health setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
