Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently, such as:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our compensation package for this full-time position ranges from USD 120,000 to USD 140,000 annually. Additionally, we offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to aid your transition into our organization. Full-time counselors will also receive a monthly stipend for health care expenses, ensuring your well-being as you help others. All payments occur via weekly direct deposit, ensuring convenience and reliability.
