Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions with clients through secure video chat, ensuring compliance with confidentiality and professional standards.

• Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to express their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, fostering a safe and supportive virtual environment.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic therapeutic goals, using evidence-based practices to guide them toward achieving these objectives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must hold one of the following licenses to practice independently: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No limited or provisional licenses are accepted, and applicants should have no history of disciplinary action.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and empathy.

• Proficiency with digital tools and platforms necessary for teletherapy.
