Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapeutic strategies to clients through effective therapy techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client's needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, engage with families and couples to enrich the healing process.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience is essential; this should preferably include a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of both legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
