This position offers a remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home while still being a part of a collaborative team. Our typical work schedule runs Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate the needs of our patients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's specific circumstances.

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions using evidence-based modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, aimed at fostering positive patient outcomes.

• Facilitate engaging psychoeducational and support groups that promote mental health awareness and provide participants with valuable coping strategies.

• Respond to crisis situations promptly, offering immediate support and intervention during mental health emergencies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
