Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mood disorder symptoms, focusing on severity, frequency, and impact on daily life.

• Develop individualized treatment plans collaboratively with clients, addressing their unique circumstances, goals, and therapeutic preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), specifically tailored to the needs of clients with mood disorders.

• Educate and provide support to clients and their families, offering guidance on mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.

• Continuously monitor and document clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes and ensure ongoing engagement in their therapeutic journey.

• Work closely with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary team members to provide integrated care, enhancing the overall treatment experience for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents experiencing mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
