Work Environment\n

This role is performed in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility in your work-life integration while still benefiting from a structured schedule. The standard work hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some potential for adjusted hours based on the unique needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for new and existing patients, identifying individual needs and developing tailored treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver effective individual, couple, and family therapy sessions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at building community and providing education on mental health topics.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other clinical staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care, discussing treatment progress and making necessary adjustments to care plans.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques as required to ensure patient safety.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and local support resources, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; candidates with master's or doctoral degrees in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology will be prioritized.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California is necessary.

• Demonstrated expertise in mental health disorders, evidence-based interventions, and therapeutic approaches is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and education.
