Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments that utilize evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions, crafting personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific challenges and goals.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), helping clients develop coping strategies and resilience to overcome their mental health hurdles.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, adhering strictly to HIPAA regulations and ethical practices to ensure the highest standards of professionalism.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals—to deliver a comprehensive treatment experience that leverages diverse therapeutic insights and expertise.

• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings to uphold the quality of care provided and engage in continuous professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution, demonstrating your educational background and commitment to the field.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California, illustrating your professional credentials.
