Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and screenings to analyze clients' substance abuse history and mental health conditions.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that address both addiction and any co-occurring mental health issues.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing.

• Work collaboratively with your treatment team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for all clients.

• Provide education and support to clients' families, encouraging their involvement as a critical component of the recovery process.

• Maintain thorough and accurate records and documentation in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults experiencing substance use disorders as well as co-occurring mental health issues. Our diverse client population includes individuals from various backgrounds and lifestyles, all of whom benefit from tailored treatment strategies that address their unique situations and recovery goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Demonstrated knowledge and application of evidence-based practices relevant to the treatment of substance abuse and mental health.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing effective engagement with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialized training or experience in addiction counseling, including familiarity with various therapeutic techniques specific to substance use disorders.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling position or telehealth setting is highly favorable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
