Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their mental health needs and concerns.

• Deliver individual therapy using modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances and therapeutic goals.

• Establish and regularly evaluate therapeutic goals while monitoring clients’ progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to accommodate clients’ needs, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical standards and best practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, courses, or certifications relevant to mental health counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counseling team works primarily with diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and workload.
