Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• A strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and an emphasis on cultural competence within therapeutic practices.

• Proven experience providing individual and group therapy that incorporates inclusive and culturally responsive techniques.

• Excellent crisis intervention skills, capable of maintaining composure in high-stress situations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
