Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients, developing individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) in individual and group therapy sessions.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in accordance with agency standards and relevant legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participate in regular supervision and case review sessions with the clinical director or lead therapist to ensure best practices and enhance professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is on treating children and adolescents along with their families. As a member of our counseling team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with this demographic, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Current, active, and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical outpatient setting.

• Strong communication skills and the capability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams.
