Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to inform personalized treatment plans that meet their unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate clear communication among supervisors, family members, guardians, and other stakeholders regarding clients’ progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain a structured schedule of appointments and follow-up sessions, ensuring clients receive timely and continuous support.

• Coordinate virtual home visits when necessary, involving chart reviews and data analysis to thoroughly support clients within their real-world environments.

• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and as needed, provide insights to optimize the program's effectiveness and client outcomes.

• Prepare and document monthly and quarterly progress notes to track client improvement and adjust treatment strategies accordingly.

• Engage in training sessions to ensure all staff are well-versed in the latest therapeutic methodologies and documentation requirements.

• Offer continued support through home visits and follow-up interviews to ensure client needs are met comprehensively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a rich and varied client population, including both adults and youth, who may present with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your expertise in handling different demographics will enable you to tailor interventions effectively and encourage the best possible outcomes for every client on your caseload.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant mental health field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating expertise in a variety of therapeutic practices.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical requirements mandated in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n
