Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapeutic counseling in a virtual setting, utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) methodologies.

• Participate actively in clinical team meetings and collaborate on treatment plans for clients, ensuring comprehensive approaches to therapy.

• Document patient progress and treatment plans in accordance with agency requirements, local and federal regulations, and state payor expectations.

• Maintain accurate and timely medical records that include psycho-social assessments and outcome evaluations, contributing to improved patient care and organizational goals.

• Engage in weekly supervision sessions with the clinical director or lead therapist to assess personal growth, seek feedback, and refine therapeutic techniques.

• Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance service delivery and professional practices within the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on delivering care to children and adolescents, along with opportunities to work with adult clients depending on interests and needs. You will support patients coping with a variety of challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and family-related issues. Qualifications\n

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required for this role, with a strong foundation in psychology, counseling, or social work.
