Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough assessments and psychological evaluations for new clients to identify their mental health needs and collaboratively develop customized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups, employing a variety of modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)—to effectively treat diverse mental health conditions.

• Engage in crisis intervention strategies and provide immediate support for clients experiencing acute distress, building resilience and coping strategies.
\n
• Work closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and multidisciplinary colleagues to coordinate holistic care, including medication management and resource referrals.

• Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote mental health awareness and educate the public on reducing stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on serving adults and children from various socio-economic backgrounds, with a strong emphasis on underserved populations. This diverse client base allows you to enhance your clinical skills while positively impacting community mental health. You will work with clients experiencing a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues, thus providing you with a fulfilling and varied clinical experience.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is essential.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with a diverse range of clients.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, allowing you to work effectively with individuals from various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
