Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health concerns, creating customized treatment plans that specifically address individual needs.

• Deliver high-quality individual therapy through evidence-based methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring interventions are tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Engage in collaborative discussions with clients to set therapeutic goals, regularly monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.

• Offer flexibility in therapy options, including teletherapy, to accommodate clients who prefer virtual sessions due to personal preference or accessibility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions and treatment progress in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Participate in regular professional development sessions, staying up-to-date with emerging therapeutic practices and enhancing clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
