Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments to evaluate mental health status and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate regular therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to guide clients through challenges such as substance abuse, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including individual and group therapy, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, when necessary, ensuring a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case conferences to discuss client progress and collaborate on treatment strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW in the state of Illinois.

• Experience: Minimum of four years of related experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n
