Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, accommodating a flexible work schedule primarily from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Some flexibility may be required to meet the needs of our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' backgrounds and tailor appropriate treatment plans.

• Design and implement individualized treatment strategies focused on facilitating trauma recovery and enhancing resilience.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support patients.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure that patients receive comprehensive and integrated care.

• Provide crisis intervention for patients facing emergencies due to trauma-related challenges.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses and coping mechanisms to foster understanding and support.
\n
• Maintain precise and confidential documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Actively participate in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development sessions focusing on trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients primarily consist of trauma survivors who are navigating complex emotional responses related to their experiences. This includes individuals diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. As a mental health therapist, you will play a crucial role in guiding these individuals through their recovery journeys, helping them to identify and address the impacts of their past trauma.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Texas.
\n
• Strong foundation in trauma-informed treatment modalities with a clear understanding of resilience-building approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to client interactions.

• The ability to remain calm and composed under challenging conditions.
\n
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and related computer applications is essential for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience providing trauma-focused therapy in a clinical setting.

• Experience with delivering both individual and group therapy designed for trauma recovery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and expertise. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
