As a mental health therapist at Premise Therapy Center, you will work in a flexible remote setting that fosters collaboration and innovation. Although the position is primarily remote, you will have access to our outpatient office in Santa Ana for team meetings and consultations. This role demands a high level of responsiveness to patient needs, which may sometimes require flexibility in your daily schedule. Our core working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

Your contributions to our team will encompass a variety of tasks essential to individual and group therapy sessions. Specific responsibilities include:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to understand patients' trauma histories and craft appropriate treatment modalities.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans focused on trauma recovery, resilience-building, and sustainable coping strategies.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) during therapy sessions.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions to support patients in processing trauma and enhancing their coping mechanisms.

• Actively collaborating with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic care for every patient.

• Providing crisis intervention for patients during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring they receive immediate and proper support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of your work will be individuals who have experienced varying levels of trauma, including children and adults who exhibit symptoms related to PTSD, complex trauma, and associated disorders. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this impactful role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
