As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grow Healthcare Services, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in your clients.

• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to facilitate healing and growth.

• Regularly monitoring and documenting client progress, making adjustments to treatment strategies as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
