Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments and develop initial treatment and discharge plans tailored to each individual's needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, or family therapy sessions, ensuring each session aligns with the established treatment plan.

• Create initial treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, coordinating with external services and revising plans as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
