Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans aimed at fostering growth and recovery.

• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing various therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers and psychiatrists, to coordinate holistic care that addresses the psychosocial aspects of clients' lives.

• Respond effectively to crisis situations, offering immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing acute distress or crises.

• Participate in community outreach programs that aim to raise awareness about mental health issues and work toward reducing stigma associated with seeking help.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population at Resilient Waves includes individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Therapists are encouraged to engage in continuous learning about different cultural perspectives to better serve our community.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• Completion of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster rapport and build therapeutic alliances with a diverse clientele.
\n
• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity to work effectively with clients from various backgrounds.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen focus on maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience in a community mental health setting, especially with telehealth services, is highly preferred but not mandatory. Therapists with experience in crisis intervention, group therapy, and family therapy will find themselves well-prepared for our diverse patient population's unique challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 70,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a range of benefits, including:
