In this full-time position, you will have the flexibility to work remotely while addressing an overflow of cases from your home office. This role not only enables you to earn supplemental income but also helps fulfill clinical hour requirements for those pursuing their LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licenses.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions remotely, addressing a range of mental health issues through evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Perform comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessments to accurately understand client needs and develop effective treatment plans.

• Provide clients with coping strategies, social skills training, and anger management techniques, focusing on reducing high-risk behaviors.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community resources, to ensure holistic care delivery for our clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, including intake forms, treatment plans, progress notes, and other mandated paperwork.

• Participate in monthly meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services through feedback and collaboration.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with a diverse range of adult clients presenting with various mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Our clients often seek counseling to navigate life transitions, cope with stressors, and improve their overall mental health. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field is required.

• Active professional credentials such as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Demonstrated clinical mental health training and experience.
\n
• Successful completion of post-internship field experience working with adult populations.
\n
• Proficiency in creating treatment plans, setting treatment goals, and conducting initial assessments.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with various therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Gestalt Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Familiarity with the DSM-V for assessments and diagnoses.

• Experience in providing positive behavior support and crisis intervention training.
\n
• Effective use of telehealth technology for therapy sessions.
\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
