Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate and analyze patients’ psychological conditions, allowing for informed treatment decisions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations, ensuring that each plan is sensitive to patients' unique needs and diagnoses.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions drawing on modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to maximize therapeutic effectiveness.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions to foster a supportive environment where patients can explore personal challenges and develop vital coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n
