Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients and create individualized treatment plans aligned with best practices.

• Deliver psychotherapy services using a variety of evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing, ensuring a tailored approach to each client's unique situation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from $78,000 to $115,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
