Work Environment\n

This position is uniquely designed for telehealth, allowing you to work remotely while maintaining a flexible work schedule. As a full-time employee, you will work primarily Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to meet the needs of your patients. You will be equipped with advanced telehealth technology to ensure seamless interactions, whether through real-time video sessions, phone consultations, or secure messaging.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments using solution-focused interventions and patient-centered approaches to develop individualized treatment plans that address each client’s specific needs.

• Implement a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based practices tailored to the diverse backgrounds of clients.

• Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the integrity and accessibility of therapeutic documentation.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client treatment.

• Engage in ongoing clinical education and participate in case consultations, peer reviews, and professional development opportunities to stay at the forefront of mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• Proficiency in evidence-based therapeutic methods and the ability to implement tailored interventions grounded in solution-based psychotherapy principles.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationship-building with clients and colleagues alike.
