Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnostics as required to understand patients' mental health status, leveraging tools like the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM).

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that consider cultural diversity and patient-specific needs, continually evaluating effectiveness and making adjustments as necessary.

• Document and maintain accurate patient records that comply with regulatory standards and departmental procedures, utilizing current digital systems to keep information accessible.

• Collaborate with patients and their support systems to create comprehensive care strategies that align with their personal goals and mental health outcomes.

• Educate and mentor students, interns, and volunteers, fostering an environment of learning and professional development within the team.

Compensation and Benefits\n
