This position operates entirely remote, utilizing our secure telehealth platform, Simple Practice, for virtual appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs and challenges.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that align with patients' goals and support their mental wellness journey.

• Deliver psychotherapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families via video conferencing, making use of our digital tools for effective communication.

• Provide continuous support and follow-up care, ensuring that clients feel understood and engaged in their treatment process.

• Document clinical notes and maintain accurate records in compliance with state regulations and company policies.

• Participate in weekly team meetings and support groups to share insights, experiences, and foster a collaborative environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including adolescents, adults, and couples, thereby addressing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship problems, and trauma. Each clinician will have the opportunity to tailor their caseload according to their interests and expertise, ensuring a fulfilling and impactful experience for both therapist and client.

Qualifications\n

• Active licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in mental health counseling or psychotherapy.

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
\n
• Strong treatment planning skills and commitment to evidence-based practices.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with an emphasis on active listening.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology for remote therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Familiarity with Simple Practice or similar practice management software.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
