Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to establish client needs and determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize our comprehensive online platform to deliver therapeutic sessions through multiple technological mediums, including video calls and secure messaging.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation sessions with peers to discuss cases and share evidence-based treatment strategies.

• Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay updated on best practices in therapy and mental health treatment.

• Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain open lines of communication to enhance therapeutic relationships.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on working with low-acuity adult clients, who may present with issues such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship difficulties, and grief. Patients are pre-screened to ensure that they are stable and appropriate for telehealth services, allowing you to provide effective treatment without the added complexities often associated with severe mental health cases.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A full independent license to practice without any disciplinary actions, such as:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on your hours worked and patient caseload. Our compensation package includes:
