Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand the mental health needs of children and adolescents, creating personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and their families.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities appropriate for youth, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and play therapy.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Engage with families to provide support, education, and resources, facilitating a holistic approach to mental wellness.

• Document all clinical interactions accurately and in a timely manner using our electronic health record systems, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve children and adolescents facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral challenges. You will hold a pivotal role in advocating for the mental well-being of young individuals and their families, guiding them through critical stages of development and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related field with a valid license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience, particularly with children and adolescents.

• Proven track record of independent practice and the ability to quickly establish rapport with clients.

• Comfortable using technology for clinical documentation and virtual therapy sessions.

• A commitment to ongoing professional development and a history of engaging in relevant training opportunities.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience, licensure, and performance. Additional compensation may be available based on individual performance metrics.
