Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of adults aged 18 and older who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Many of our clients have difficulty achieving stability in community living due to their mental health conditions. As a counselor here, you will play a critical role in guiding these individuals towards recovery, fostering independence, and ensuring access to vital community resources.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Current state license, such as LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD, is required. You must be in good standing, with no disciplinary actions on your license.

• Ability to practice independently without direct supervision is essential.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrated empathy when engaging with clients.

• Proficiency in using technology to facilitate telehealth sessions, including a reliable internet connection and familiarity with virtual communication tools.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, reflecting your experience and expertise.
