The position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while maintaining a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, identifying areas of concern and strengths that inform treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family counseling sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in processing their experiences.

• Monitor and document client progress towards therapeutic goals consistently, making adjustments to treatment plans based on evolving needs and outcomes.

• Rapidly respond to clients in crisis, collaborating on safety and intervention plans to ensure immediate support and stability.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
