Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your approach will primarily focus on individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Real Help, Ltd serves a diverse clientele, including adolescents, adults, and families from varying socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a relevant field.

• Current licensure in New Jersey as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating an ability to work with a variety of mental health concerns.

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to create a trusting and therapeutic alliance with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
