Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions with clients to address various emotional, mental, and behavioral challenges through secure telehealth platforms.

• Administer crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute psychological distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation within our innovative therapist portal, utilizing digital tools designed to facilitate efficient workflow.

• Perform mental health screenings and comprehensive assessments to accurately determine treatment needs and develop individualized care plans.

• Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques and evidence-based practices to support clients facing behavioral challenges, enhancing their coping strategies and skill development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of adolescents and families grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will play a vital role in fostering relationships and creating supportive environments that enable clients to thrive and navigate their psychological hardships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Psychology or Social Work; candidates must hold a valid and active state licensure as LMFT, LPSW, or LPC in Pennsylvania.

• Demonstrated knowledge of current principles, practices, and trends in individual and family counseling methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
