Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mindful Changes, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health needs of your clients.

• Developing individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and progress.
\n
• Providing direct psychotherapy services through telehealth platforms, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other innovative modalities as appropriate.

• Regularly tracking and documenting client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Building rapport with clients to foster a therapeutic alliance that encourages openness and trust, essential for effective treatment.

• Actively participating in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and share insights on therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses specifically on children and adolescents facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related counseling field, holding an independent mental health license in Pennsylvania (LPC, LMFT, LCSW).
