Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, strengths, and areas for improvement, ensuring tailored treatment plans are developed for each client.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other relevant therapeutic frameworks.

• Set measurable treatment goals, regularly evaluating and documenting clients’ progress and adapting treatment plans accordingly to ensure their needs are met effectively.

• Address crisis situations swiftly, creating personalized safety plans that deliver immediate support and intervention to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, educational professionals, and community resources, to create comprehensive and integrated care plans.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and prepare reports in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skillset. Additionally, our compensation package includes:
