Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' current psychological status and determine appropriate treatment methodologies tailored to their unique needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the specific mental health challenges faced by each patient, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping patients process their emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve their personal growth objectives.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, thereby enhancing treatment effectiveness.

• Provide crisis intervention support during mental health emergencies, demonstrating strong decision-making abilities under pressure.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources that can aid in their recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working closely with a diverse client population, which includes individuals experiencing various mental health issues, such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and current professional license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• Two years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.
